Contacts – People and Companies

With the CRM plugin you can access any information about the contacts you need. You will see all related information from the other plugins, such as background information, issues, orders, products, tickets, or projects in which contact is accessible. Moreover, you can assign a different level of visibility and access to the same contact in various projects.

Notes

To keep communication clear, attach notes and files to contacts—files, drafts of offers, sales documents, agreements, presentations, or any other information you find relevant. You can add information by type of contact (phone, email, meeting) and tags.

Deals – your sales opportunities

The PRO edition lets you manage Deals. By setting up the probability of success for the deal, you can estimate your income. Tracking deals and statuses is easy with many options, from Gantt to Agile-like boards, where you can easily modify, track, and edit operations on deals. You can use deals statuses to set up a custom sales funnel.

On the contact card, you can see all related issues assigned to a certain person. This functionality helps you to immediately check the history of communication and status of tickets before contacting a client.

Send emails

You can send emails straight from Redmine and not only in text. You can attach files or related issues, notes, and add more people in the CC. You can use email dropboxes to forward any correspondence and add it to selected issue.
